The
Original
The original Little Beaver torque tube, initially created to stop earth
drill kickback, has now been redesigned and includes an optional telescoping feature which
permits the use of a truck bed mounted power source that doesn't sacrifice the original
safety features.
No Power Source
Movement Required
Street repair personnel, sign and utility company employees and many others will
now benefit from the telescoping torque tube concept by being able to quickly and safely
position the earth drill at the job site without moving the 170 pound power source.
Freedom of Movement
Recommended for use with a Little Beaver 11 HP truck bed mounted or portable
hydraulic power source, the telescoping torque tube allows drilling operators 180 degree
maneuverability behind the truck at distances up to 11 feet from the rear bumper. This
freedom of action is created by a combination of the telescoping torque tube and a bumper
mounted swivel bracket into which the torque tube is attached. These two elements combined
permit both lateral, forward and backward movement of the earth drill.
Optional Mounting
An
additional feature included with the Little Beaver telescoping torque tube and power
source package is 20 feet of hydraulic hose. This permits the power source to be mounted
or placed at either the front or rear of the truck bed. |
