How to Order Using Our Online
Store:
You will need a browser that supports forms and tables. If you
want to use our secure online ordering system, you will also need a browser
that supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

For large tables of items, the add button is sometimes located at the bottom of the table or page.
4. You will be asked for the zip code of the delivery address so we can
better determine shipping costs (View 7K GIF
Image). You can then view the contents of your shopping cart.
Shipping costs will be shown before you enter any personal information
other than your zip code. There are no hidden handling charges added after
you order (View 15K GIF Image).
You are given the choice to check out or continue shopping by clicking the
appropriate image at the bottom of the page. You can also continue shopping button
by using your browser's back button.

7. You will be given a total amount, including shipping. Simply follow the instructions and
chose a payment option. COD orders are not accepted.
How
to Order Items Not Listed Online:
While we are constantly adding new parts, we will never have a complete
catalog online. For ordering parts that we do have listed online, you can add them in the "special instructions" section of the order form.
We also accept credit card orders by phone (972-423-5220), fax (972-423-5825),
or e-mail. We accept check or money orders by snail mail. Please include
name, street address, zip code, and phone number. The phone number you
give us will not only allow us to contact you if there is a problem, but
it is also your customer number under which we keep a record of the transaction.
Your information will not be sold or given away to other companies.
Shipping cost will depend on your location, the weight and size of the
part, and the shipping method you select. UPS Ground on most parts and
accessories is usually between $6.50 and $12. Second Day Air and Next
Day Air are considerably more. Please note: Next- and Second Day
Air service is business days. UPS does not delivery on Saturdays,
Sundays, or Holidays.
We do not accept COD orders..
Returns must be
made within 30 days of receipt with items in resalable condition in orignal
packaging. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns
on electrical parts.
All orders are processed one at a
time using real live humans. If you're not sure you're ordering the right part,
ask us.
Shipping
We ship all orders UPS ground by default. UPS Ground is available for
destinations in the contiguous 48 states. Shipping prices are computed for UPS
ground based on your zip code. If the shipping address is in a residential area,
choose UPS Ground Residential. If the address is in a commercial area, choose UPS Ground
Commercial. You must include a street address. UPS will not deliver
to post office boxes.
Shipping Overseas (Including
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico )
Shipping costs for items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and countries
outside the USA are considerably higher than those for addresses in the
contiguous states. In addition, there are often extra charges for things
like brokerage fees and VAT for items shipped to other countries. Sometimes
the shipping cost can exceed the value of the shipment.
For addresses
outside the US, select USPS Priority Mail International in the drop-down list of shipping methods. The shopping cart software will give you a total shipping cost without using any information more personally identifiable than your country and postal code. The total given will
not include any VAT that may be added by your nation or territory.
For more economical shipping for non-oversized items, you may choose USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Small, lightweight (up to 12 ounces) can be sent First Class Mail. Keep in mind that the tracking service for Priority Mail is less reliable than that for UPS. Tracking and insurance are not availavle for Parcel Post or First Class Mail.
Heavy or Bulky Items
UPS does not handle items over 150 lbs. or very large cartons. These items
must be sent motor freight or by special air service. Rates range from
$0.60 to $3.20 per lb. for second day air and $0.30 to $2.00 per lb. deferred
in the contiguous USA. Please contact
us to arrange shipping.

We make no guarantees of quantity stocked for any of the items listed. We stock all common
parts, and many uncommon ones, but a few items may not be available for immediate
shipment. Some parts listed are included for completeness. Their listing does not imply
immediate availability or abundance.
