Shipping & Return Policy

Plano Power Equipment offers a variety of shipping options so your order arrives when you need it. At the time of check out you will be able to select the shipping method that works best for you. We ship through UPS and USPS.

There may be additional shipping charges for over-sized or overweight items. If any additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you prior to shipping your package.

Plano Power Equipment reserves the right to change carriers to ensure that your package arrives in the fastest time possible. All services and carriers may not be available for all locations, and availability is subject to change.

Return Policy

All items must be un-used, un-installed, new resalable condition, and still in the original manufacturer packaging. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return the part to us for a refund of the part only minus 15% restocking fee. We DO NOT accept returns on Electrical Parts or special ordered items (Non Stocking Parts). We don’t issue RMA numbers, just send the item back to address on invoice with a copy of invoice. If you wish to verify your items are returnable, please contact us.

Shipment Changes

Please note that we try our best to process your order quickly and promptly, sometimes we are unable to modify your order after it has been processed. If you wish to make changes to your order, please call us at 972-423-5220.

Expedited Shipments

We try to ship most orders within one business day; however we don’t guarantee all items are in stock. If you requested expedited shipping and we are out of stock on an item, we will contact you. In order to get same day shipping your order needs to be submitted prior to 10am Central Standard Time. If you place an order after 10am and need it shipped same day, call us at 972-423-5220. We will do our best to get your order out.

Partial Shipments

All orders are shipped complete, unless requested by customer. There is an additional shipping charge for partial shipments. Please contact us at 972-423-5220 or email us at orders@planopower.com with questions or concerns.

International Shipping/Customs Fees/Taxes

We offer international shipping to most countries through USPS Priority International, however not all manufacturers allow us to ship certain items outside of United States

The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of destination country. Orders shipped out of United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Plano Power Equipment does not offer a pre-pay program for such fees, and does not offer the option to ship any item as a gift.

Order Accuracy Guarantee

Mistakes

Upon delivery of your package, please immediately check the contents for accuracy. If you find a discrepancy please contact us immediately. If we made the error, we will correct it at no additional charge to you.

Shipping Damage

If there is noticeable damage of your package make sure carrier notates it prior to dropping off. If you believe your parts were damaged or lost during shipment, please contact us immediately. At that time we will communicate with shipping carrier on your behalf. Do not throw away the box or any contents of package, as it could result in carrier denying claim.

Availability

Although we carry a large assortment of equipment and parts, some items may not be in stock. It may take an additional 3 business days for your part to be shipped. If time is an issue please contact us to verify availability.
